The Fund's approach is long-term and is characterized by

- cooperation with other shareholdes in the companies
- the exercise of shareholde influence through active and open information about the Fund's position on specific corporate governance issues
Successful long-term corporate governance relies on goog relations with the companies and other shareholders. Consequently, Första AP-fonden is restrictive in commenting individual cases.
